Artisan Borders was founded by Tim, a landscape curbing professional with more than 17 years of hands-on experience in the concrete landscape curbing industry and over 22 years of experience in the concrete industry.

Early in his career, Tim worked with multiple landscape curbing companies, gaining valuable experience in installation methods, operations, and craftsmanship. Through those experiences, he developed a deep appreciation for the trade while also recognizing opportunities to improve the way concrete landscape curbing was being designed and installed by incorporating techniques learned from other areas of the concrete industry.

Rather than simply starting another curbing company, Tim set out to build a company focused on innovation, craftsmanship, and raising the standard of the industry. That vision became Artisan Borders.
Today, Tim is not only the owner of Artisan Borders but also a co-founder of a national curbing training company that has helped train more than 500 landscape curbing companies throughout the United States and Canada since 2017. He also collaborates with one of the nation's longest-standing curbing manufacturers on product research and development, helping advance installation methods and improve products used throughout the industry.

Tim also holds multiple Utah trade qualifications, including the S330 Landscape & Recreation Qualifier, S260 Asphalt & Concrete Qualifier, S220 Carpentry & Flooring Qualifier, and B100 General Building Qualifier.

Although his work reaches far beyond Utah through training and industry collaboration, Tim's primary focus remains serving homeowners and businesses throughout Northern Utah. Every project completed by Artisan Borders reflects the same principles he has built his career around: innovation, craftsmanship, professionalism, and doing the job right.

We provide concrete lifting and mud jacking services to help homeowners and businesses raise and level sunken sidewalks, driveways, patios, garage floors, and trip hazards. This service naturally complements many landscape and concrete improvement projects.

We provide sod delivery and installation services, helping customers complete their landscape projects with beautiful, healthy lawns that complement their new landscape borders and outdoor spaces.

From flower bed renovations and plantings to drip irrigation adjustments and decorative rock or mulch installations, we provide select landscape enhancement services that help complete and elevate outdoor spaces.

During the winter season, we provide commercial snow removal and ice management services for select properties throughout Northern Utah, allowing us to continue serving our customers year-round.
